Our firm was founded as a small family business way back in 1895, even before air conditioning was invented in 1902. We serviced homes that used steam and wood stoves for heat. While the equipment we sell and service today has become much more sophisticated, we still uphold the same high standards for service and integrity of the six generations of the King family that came before.

As a result, we have many loyal and long-standing relationships with satisfied customers who we have come to know personally. We appreciate the trust and loyalty they have put in us, and in kind, we work hard to provide the very best service

If your air conditioning or heating goes out at night or over the weekend with no extra fee for Members. In fact, you can expect low, flat-rate pricing with military and senior discounts any time, with service provided by prompt technicians with fully stocked trucks.

We all owe a debt of gratitude to those who serve our country. To do our part, we offer military personnel, both active duty and veterans, a 10% discount on repairs and special pricing on installations of new units. 

We have a long history of serving our military neighbors in Fort Bragg and the surrounding area. 75% of our customers are currently serving or have served our country, and we are proud to serve military personnel and their families.

Continuing our commitment to serving those who selflessly serve, we have also expanded our military discounts to include first responders as well.
